sueing for medical damage

I own a home that a tenant is renting and a realtor handles the rent and the upkeep of the home. the realtor had remove a carpet some time before and place it in the garrage. The tenant was moving and someone who does not live there was helping her move fell over the carpet and hurt his ankle can that person sue me or the realtor for medical damage?

Yes, you could be sued since you own the house. I suggest you inform your insurance carrier of the incident. Good luck.
