Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in Florida
I am being suied for "breach of contract" by my landlord. I have a counter suit for harrassment. My landlord, will not set a court date, the suit was mostly to place fear. my landlord sent the court "NOTICE THAT CAUSE IS AT ISSUEAND READY FOR TRIAL (NON JURY) " he then amended his complaint and refuses to set a court date. I want this matter in court.
How do I get a court date set? Can I set it even though I have just the counter suit?

You can ask the court to set the hearing.
