Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in Florida

Suppose to Pay Rent?

I take care of a house for an asian couple, i fix, repair, cut and bag, clean, paint, collect rent and pay the mortage since they are gone for awhile, and i pay rent.. So as the housekeeper/property manager Is it legal for them to have me do all this and I still pay for rent? Am I suppose to be paying rent at all as someone who is taking care of their home?

Re: Suppose to Pay Rent?

While it is legal, it is a poor business arrangement.
