I had a surgery and i had to move to mother 4 month ago now my sister that dont leave at the house took my mother to her house and asking me to move out how long do i have

Only the owner can have you removed. Is your sister an owner?

I agree with Mr. Slater. Is your mother the only owner of the property? Work out an agreement with her. If your sister has ownership than you will have to deal with her as well. Seek some legal guidance with all your facts
