Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in Florida
A tenant has given less than 30 day notice of intent to vacate the property. The 1 year lease agreement expires july 31, 2013. I don't know where he is moving to , but I know he is not leaving town. If I have to file suit, how would I serve him?
