Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in Florida
I have a tenant who is over 30 days late on the rent. I am serving him a 30 day notice to vacate as I do not wish to continue his tenancy. He says he will not leave. What can I do when he refuses to vacate?

After the notice period ends, you can sue for eviction and possession. Contact Ms. Becude or a similar attorney.
