Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in Florida

I had tenant evicted for non-payment of rent( $3,590.00). Rec'd Final Judgment from Lake County judge that former tenant is responsible to pay damages. I filed with Florida Dept. of State a Judgment Lien Certificate. I discovered that this previous tenant has moved to an address in Miami (Miami/Dade County, FL) I live in Roaring Brook Twp, PA> (1600 miles away). I am a senior citizen on limited income. How do I proceed in order to collect my damages stated above. Point of Interest: at last contact with tenant (who is an experienced Civil Engineer) laughed at me when I tried to work out a payment plan to repay the damages saying that I'll never collect it.

Thank you.
