Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in Florida

I am a tenant. We fell 2 months behind in rent and now my husband got a job and we are wanting to get caught up. But the landlord said he wants us to move out in a month. He hasn't served us an eviction. Should we let it go through the courts and pay them so we don't have to move? We don't know what our options are.

Send him the past due rent. If he deposits it, he waives his right to evict. If he serves you with eviction, pay rent due into the court.

Just remember at the end of your lease he will probably want you to move so be prepared.
