Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in Florida

Tenant Foreclosure

I rent a house that is being foreclosed on. I was served papers but was not named. I read the summons and realized that my landlord has not paid his mortgage since before I moved in in Oct. 07. I also read a contract that he signed with the bank that all moneys he receives for rent is to be paid directly to the Lender. When I talked to the landlord's wife, whom is also a Century 21 employee, she told me that it was not my business what she did with the rent money. I was told by very legitimate people, to withhold rent until she gets the foreclosure taken care of. They have two rental prop. that are in foreclosure. They owe much more than they can sell the house for, even though they have had a for sale sign in the yard since Jan. 07. I have no doubt that they will not get their house back and that it will be foreclosed on. She will not use my security deposit for my last month's rent and if I pay her rent, I will not have a way to pay to get into another house. We are 1 day late on our rent and she only has 8 days until the house is no longer hers. She is threatening to evict me. I am getting different answers everywhere I turn. What should I do?
