Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in Florida
im a tenant house is forclosed but my lease is up in november 21, 2014 they offered cash for keys and want me gone by august 29th but thats not enough money or time for me to find somewhere.. do they suppose to give me 90 days or at least honor my previous lease which due november of 2014?

Who is they? Were you a party to the foreclosure? Read the judgment. Without more info, no one can answer properly.

Who is they is a good question. Your lease agreement controls. The lease needs to be reviewed. Does the landlord have a right to terminate the lease on 90 days notice? Seek some legal guidance with your actual lease.
