what do i do when my tenant leaves 9 mo early on a 12 mo lease

you can sue for any damages and you can assess those damages against any security deposit that you received. Read Stat 83.56 to understand the time frame. Also you can sue for lost rent but you must try to mediate it by renting as soon as you can.
