Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in Florida
Does tenant have any legal rights to property if they willingly leave when asked to with all of their belongings? He came back and stole things a month after leaving. Nevet paid rent on signed lease and I did not ask to recover rent, just for him to leave premises.

Once they voluntarily leave, they abandon property and their rights. You should have changed the locks at that point in time.
