What can i do about he say she say regarding a tenant and a tenant
i received a non compliance notice stating some info was brought to the attention of my landland lord from another tenant and the info is false
what can i do or how may i receive info on he/say she/say law

The issue sounds as though it is whether you are in non-compliance with your lease. Who advised your landlord is not really an issue. If you are not in compliance, then prove to the landlord that you are not. If you are, then simply correct the situation.
