tenant rights/responsibilities in landlord foreclosure

Daughter is tenant, Lee County, FL, and received summons that landlord is being foreclosed on. Does she need to file response? What are her rights/responsibilities?

The foreclosure will wipe out her lease. If she needs time, she should advise the court.

The foreclosure will make her lease subject of termination, she should respond to the summons and get time to respond.

It may be the lender will want the tenant to stay, she may want to contact a local attorney for some help.
