Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in Florida

I have a tenant in a rooming house that leaves her hot water on intentionally so no one can have any hot water. (infighting among tenants) What's the best way to proceed?

I'm evicting her but that takes time. What to do till then? Also, what would I do if a tenant decides to destroy my property? Is there some sort of emergency injunction I can file? Seems strange that I couldn't stop a tenant from tearing down my building.

eviction is your only avenue. As to damage, you can sue her or other tenant for damages but if they have no money you will be hard pressed to get anything. Be sure to have insurance on your property.
