Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in Florida
I had a tenant that was taking to jail about 5 months ago. I went into residence to clean and I found my grandparents financial papers,social security number. I also found other people's sensitive information. death certificates,passports,etc. The police said I essentially burglarized the place. I thought i was being helpful by calling the police. I was hoping I may receive some advice on what I should do.

you likely need a criminal defense attorney. stop writing about it online. if they did not take the information from you, then don't do anymore. if no rent has been paid, then evict the person.
