Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in Florida

My tenant will not let me show my rental house to prospective new buyers/tenant unless he is home and only will show the property maybe once a week. I don't feel this is reasonable. He said he will vacate the property if I pay for him to stay in a hotel until the end of his lease October 31. 2009. I was under the impression that he HAS to comply within a reasonable notice of showings. Is this correct? What is reasonable?
