I applied at a condo complex and the landlord called my employer and began to ask personal questions since i am pregnant and am having a baby in june he asked my employer if i was going to continue working or if i was planning on no longer being employed and my employer responded and said that i have not discussed that i was going to stop working and that as far as she was concerened that i was to continue working does he have the right to ask those questions? he says he does becuase he wants to protect him self becuase if i am not working iw ont have an income is this not discrimination against me ??

The landlord does not have the right to ask about your family situation, but does have the right to know about your prospects of continued employment. It doesn't sound like the landlord violated any law.
