Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in Florida
Former tenants damaged my condo, repair costs were itemized and deposit was refunded minus the repairs, now I am being summoned to appear before a mediator. State board already reviewed case and determined I was within my rights to withhold for the damages, do I need a lawyer at the mediation?

Depends on the facts, how the matter was handled and how much is involved.

You may not even be required to appear at the mediation. Seek some legal advice.

You should contact an attorney to ensure you are not hold liable for the amount you withheld.
