Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in Florida
my tenents lease has expired and we have chose not to renew. We gave notice in writing of our intention not to renew and have decided to sell the property. Our tenent refuses to leave. Do i have to go through the eviction process even if the lease has expired?

yes, you must evict them as a holdover tenant.
