my sister has a room mate and he won't pay reant nor will he get out. hes been there for 1-2 months reant free. what should she do? she don't have the money to get a eviction notice.

An eviction notice is free. You will need to sue for eviction if he does not leave. The cost of the suit is recoverable as a taxable cost.
