Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in Florida

We need to terminate the fixed term lease before. Our baby is going to born on the same month we supose to leave, and is going to be dificult to us moving on th time.

DO you thing we can do something here? And other thing. this is a house and the lanlord has two rooms on the front rented too, with diferent people, and some of them are cause us inconveniences. Plase give us an answer.

Review your current lease agreement. Talk to the landlord. If you come up with a new agreement put it in a writing signed by both you and the landlord.
