terminating condo lease
39 yr old paraplegic of 7 yrs, needs to move into parents home for assistance 2 hours from presently leased condo . Can he legally be released from this lease which terminates 6/08?

No, he has no special rights under Florida contract law. He should speak with the landlord and try to negotiate an early termination of the lease agreement.
