Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in Florida

OK so here's the thing. I am a student at UF and I live in Gainesville Florida. I live in an apartment with two other girls (3 including myself). We are all only 20 years old, and my father is the ONLY co-signer on our lease. The apartment is under a joint lease, so gosh for bid something happens to someone, or someone decides to pick up and leave, it's all on my father. I am having MAJOR problems with my two room mates. We were all friends before we moved in, and now of course, were not. They are doing disturbing things to me and saying disgusting and hateful things to me also. With my dad the only parent as a co-signer, is there any way he can basically 'kick' them out of my apartment, or to word that better, is there any way he can have them evicted or gone? One room mate is leaving to study abroad in a month so I'm not too worried about her because she will be out in a month, but the other is driving me crazy and my father hates to hear me cry to him every day. PLEASE HELP!

More than likely when the other girl leaves - the remaining roomate will probably change her tune because then it will not be two against one.

The best you can do is run the lease - if you break it then you are on the hook for the remaining months unless the unit is leased prior to the end of your lease. Management is not obligated to help you but you might ask them to see if they have an out clause.

It is always nice to have a roommate but it is nicer to live on your own.
