Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in Florida
My timeshare is billing all owners $1,500.00 plus normal yearly maintenance fee of $600.00 for property improvements. Over $2,100.00 for one year. Can they force me to pay?

If it is in the propertyt documents, which it probably is, then yes, you have to pay and they can force you.
