unknown conditions - tenant

I rent a small home. Signed lease. LL never told me power bills were over $300 per month, house is very small. LL never told me house is infested with bugs and I've spent lots of money trying to get rid of them to no avail. Signed 3-year Lease. Can I get out of this Lease?

No, but you can send your landlord a certified letter demanding that he rid the home of bugs within seven days or you will pay for the exterminator. You may then deduct the cost of the exterminator from your next month's rent.

You're stuck with the electric bills.
