unwanted person in my house

my live in fiance dauter is 18 and damaging my house and will not leave and has been told by myself and her mother she can not stay and refuses to pay any rent or utilitys

Give her a deadline to be out. Change the locks and keep her out. I assume that she has no agreement with you about staying there. It is technically a tresspass, but the police may not have the time or resources to deal with it, but you could try.
