Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in Florida

violent landlord

My sister was pushed to the ground and nelt upon aggressively by her landlord whom has also claimed to have been stalking her and proved her whereabouts correctly. There was a witness and a police report was made. my sisters wishes to terminate her current lease which expires in 2 months and relocate immediately, concerned for her safety. Landlord would not accept early termination of lease even when rent is paid up to date. what are her options?

Leave and see if he does anything. sue for battery.
