Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in Florida

Still waiting for deposit

I had notified my previous

landlord 30 days after

vacating the property via

certified mail that i have yet

to receive my security deposit.

I also spoke with her several

days later discussing that she

is in violation of florida

statute 83.49 and is now

unable to make a claim. It has

now been 45 days since i have

moved out of the house, and

have not received my deposit.

What is my next corse of

action?
