Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in Florida

i am wanting to do a lease with option to buy a Mobile home in cocoa Florida , the man living there is moving out and into another trailer in the park , the problem is that his ex wife's things are still in the trailer and she is not making any attempt to come get them , my question is can her ex husband or the park manager remove her things or not

what's in the trailer is not your concern. If you are buying the trailer from the mobile home from the park - they should take her things out. If you are buying the trailer from the man who is moving out, then he needs to remove them. The other thing you need to be aware of, who owns this trailer that you are planning on buying. If she is a co-owner - you need to back away from this deal and find yourself something else. You can not lease from one party - it must be both.
