whay should I do if someone enter your house under false pretense and refused to live and used a fake lease while you are still living there and claim they have the right to be there and keep you out of your personal properties by changing the locks?

If someone comes into your house, and refuses to leave, you should call the police. If someone changed the locks on your house, you should call the police. If someone is holding your personal property, you should sue them in small claims court. If the items that someone else has taken or is refusing to return are worth more than $5,000, then you should hire an attorney and sue them in circuit court. If that person used a "fake lease" you should attempt to obtain and save a copy to be used in your litigation.
