Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in Florida
My wife and i live together i renewed our lease and she would not sign it because she wants to move are we both responsible or just me since i am the only one that signed?

It depends on the wording of the lease. Generally, if she signed the original lease and that was renewed, then she remains on the hook. If you signed a new contract, which you imply, then only you are responsible, since she did not sign.
