Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in Florida
my wife and both signed a lease rental agreement on a house 1yr and 4 months ago for 1 year. 4 months ago i renewed the lease without her knowlege for another year i did not know she did not want to sign another lease. now the landlord says she is still responsable even if she did not sign is this true.

It depends. It is difficult to answer this without more information. Are you trying to find out if you both would be responsible for any amount due if you broke the lease at this point? Regardless, at least one of you would be.
