Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in Florida
Wondering if I put a tenant out per a written agreement between tenant/landlord that waives the normal eviction process, then tenant objects, will it be a civil or criminal matter in court? Thanks. -Rob

Tenant leaves and then objects? They likely waive their right to object. If they reneg on agreement to move, then you have no choice but to evict. Nothing criminal in what you described only civil.
