Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in Florida

I have a written lease and the lease terminates the end of April which is 2 months from now. Do I have to give my tenants written notice that I will not be renewing the lease? I know once they receive it I will not get rent again for remaining time of the lease. Past history of late rent.

Your written lease agreement controls this obligation. Have the actual lease reviewed by an attorney.
