Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in Florida

Written objection with landlord

my landlord sent me a letter putting a claim against my security deposit. I have to object in writing to the deduction from my security deposit within 15 days or he will be authorized to deduct his claim from my security deposit. I have no idea what to do in this situation. He wrote down a damage report, and half of the things on here are wrong. Who knew you had to clean the ceiling fan before you left. But what happens when things are wrong on here, like the cabinets when I got the place were dirty and gross. I didnt use all of them so the ones I did use I cleaned and put new shelf paper down. And thats one of the things he put down on the damage report, ''clean dirty walls and cabinets''.
