Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in Florida
If someone goes into a year contract for a house that is suppose to have 3 bedrooms/2/baths/kitchen and the day of move in only one bath is complete and the kitchen is not ready; does the contract then become void and goes to a month to month contract?

Not if you moved in knowing of the defects. You may be entitled to a reduction of rent. Read your lease.
