Is the acceptance of the Nobel Prize by a person currently serving as President of the United States considered a bribe, even though the person refuses or donates the monetary award?

You are kidding, right? No it is not a bribe. Bribe for what for gosh sakes? Do you think all the other recipients since 1910 were bribed? The money is being donated to charity. It is an award.
