Legal Question in Legal Ethics in Florida

age and hostile environment

I am a salaried employee (health care Director) who is being harrassed due to what I believe is age discrimination. I am not the only one. favoritism, isolation are some of the tactics.

Your statement is not a question. If you believe that you are being unlawfullt discrinimated, you should contact a lawyer. This area of the law is quite complex and recent decisions have narrowed your rights in this area.
