Legal Question in Legal Ethics in Florida

If an apartment complex approves me to move in and I pay the deposit fee, a holding fee, moving truck and power connection fees, but at the date of move in the complex tells me that they're sorry but due to a company transition I cannot move in. Do i have any legal right to be compensated for whatever I paid out of my pocget, since the apartment complex broke their agreement with me?

Your lease agreement, if any, would control. Do you have a written lease agreement? what does company transition mean? I think you need to discuss your issues with an attorney and have all your paperwork available.
