Legal Question in Legal Ethics in Florida
Would an attorney and his client be under some ethical obligation to quickly deliver the stolen money to the victim when correcting a fraud/civil theft? Everything is in place and set to go. Would unnecessary delay be unethical on the part of the client because the perpetrator/client likes to be in charge? Would the attorney go along with something like that? Thanks

You need to tell us the status of the criminal case if there is one. The client is not bound by any ethical obligation which the attorney might be bound by. It sounds like you are the victim in the case, and you will have to speak with the victim's advocate if you are. An attorney probably would not go along with something like this.
