Legal Question in Legal Ethics in Florida

I can not get my attorney to respond.

On 9/21/00 I hired an attorney for a wrongful discharge case. Since that time, I have not spoken with nor heard from him since the first of Oct. It seems as though my case is not as important to him as his other cases. I don't want to start all over with another attorney. I don't know what to do. Any suggestions/comments would be greatly appreciated. Thank You.

Have you tried contacting your lawyer?

If you get no response, you have an absolute right to change attorneys.
