Legal Question in Legal Ethics in Florida

Book writting

I desirer to write a book on a situation i encountered at the hands of a nationally known and very large cooperation. I know others have too. I would like to get a net page to ask for stories like mine from ''the little guy'' and build a big with my story as well as others and to add possible solutions to these encounters. My question is this: can i publish these others stories based on the writters word and use real names of the business or people that did them without being held to account. Could I use a release form of some kind or a disclaimer? My story is real and noted in the counts so I hope to use the name of those people in my book, but others stories? thank you for your time. P.S. Not sure which law this falls under

You will be under threat of litigation if you publish something someone else doesn't like. That is just life. But an attorney can help you limit your vulnerability to civil litigation. My firm focuses on Interent, media, and entertainment law.
