My brother calls every day but he went 3 weeks without calling so I went to his apt complex and there was no answer at door. I then went down to weekend manager on duty. She said only maintenance can go in and they don't come in til monday. I gave my phone number. When they called on mon they said he was dead. The med examiner said he was dead 2 days. When I talked to full time manager she said the weekend manager had the authority to go in but apparently didn't know. My brother might have still been alive when I first checked on him. Do I have a case?
