Legal Question in Legal Ethics in Florida

Car financed in boyfriend name.

I recently got a car financed in my boyfriend name because I had just paid off a car that was in my name and my credit report wasnt updated yet and he have taken the car from me in which i put 8000 dollars down on. The dealership knew that he was doing this from me and all money was given to me by them, is there anything I can do???

All the money was given to you by them????

What is the issue? If he is on the financing papers that is not necessarily a bad thing ass long as you have the title. If they put him on the title, then you have a problem.
