Legal Question in Legal Ethics in Florida

U.S. Citizen Travel to Cuba

Can I publish a list of passengers wom have booked and traveled to Cuba from the U.S.A. via a 3rd country. This means of routing allowed for travel undetected by Homeland Security.

"This means of routing allowed for travel undetected by Homeland Security." Trust me -- if you can find the list, Homeland Security can as well. The mechanism you describe is well known and I don't think it has escaped the notice of the NSA or other government agencies. Why would you want to publish this? To answer your question, you can publish whatever you want that is true, accurate, not misleading, and does not put someone in a false light. If you publish something that is false and, in this case, accuse someone of violating the law, you are looking at a suit for defamation (libel).
