Defammation

I want to start a website that lets women and men post deadbeat parents' pictures, and information abou them, and leave comments. Can you tell me how would I be able to do that without getting sued? My website would be kind of similiar to www. dontdatehimgirl. com I remember the owner of that website getting sued, but I think it was dismissed. Can you give me some tips on how I can get around that? Thanks.

You probably can't. If you publish defamatory information about individuals you are asking for legal troubles.
