Denying Signature

Can a lawsuit be filed if a facility does not want to accept a signature because they don't like how it looks?

Probably not, although it would depend on the facts at issue and you have provided very little in that department. It is hard to see how you would be damaged by the failure to accept the document when you can just sign it in an acceptable fashion. Perhaps if I had more facts, I could give you some better guidance, but I don't see a claim based on what you have asked.
