Legal Question in Legal Ethics in Florida

Document Request

At the beginning of July, 2007, I entered into an employment contract with a business in Florida. The practice attorney drafted the employment agreement and sent it to me for my signature, prior to it being signed by the managing partner of the business. I signed and returned the document. I have requested a copy of the document, signed by both parties, both orally and in writing numerous times since the end of July with no response from the attorney. What are my options?

Re: Document Request

Did you keep a copy after you signed it? Is there a problem? What you can do depends on the nature of the contract, the nature of the problem and what is at risk. If there is nothing up -- why don't you just ask the boss for it. You don't need to go through the lawyer.
