drugs in the loaner

i took my car to be service at the bmw dealer and three days later i was cleaning out my things when i found pot in the center glove box is there anything that i can do what if i had been stop and went to jail i do not do drugsare they at fault

Call and complain. Follow it up with a letter. That is about all you can do at this point.
